Strollers, Wheelchairs and Walkers are available on a complimentary, first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Services kiosk.

Vehicles with permits may park in designated parking stalls near every entrance to the mall, including the Food Court, Bay, Zellers, HomeSense, Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart and Canadian Tire. Automatic doors are located at all mall entrances. A passenger elevator is located near the food court at the Old Navy entrance.

Modern, comfortable and clean washrooms (located at the food court) are available for people with special needs, and are wheelchair accessible. A family washroom is also available in the food court.
